Hi, TSM server grumbles that cannot mount media, but the actual problem stems from the library: When I try to move cartridges manually via the web-based tool of this TS3310, I get this message: "Illegal request. Picker is full!" If you re-IPL the library, the problem will be vanished temporarily, but appears again after a couple of TSM operations. Have you seen this before? Can it be a microcode issue?
