Yes there is, but you need to upgrade EKM to to 2.1 if not already. The SKLM install asks you to provide the location of the EKM db if migrating. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/#!/SSWPVP_2.5.0/com.ibm.sklm.doc_2.5/cpt/cpt_ic_plan_migration.html?cp=SSWPVP_2.5.0%2F5-0-2 I would copy the EKM dir to a VM and test the upgrade separately. I was even able to move from a Windows to a Linux server.
