Thanks for your reply. Now it makes sense. I thought it was a bug in 0.7.0 
and this tweak was a workaround for those using 0.7.0 and in 0.7.1 this 
tweak no longer needed.
I probably get this because I use two Apache commons libraries and both of 
them have the license files.
