I apologize this may have been related to user error. I had re-defined "provided" since I hadn't noticed it in plugin documentation. But having seen it in the release notes, I've removed it and it the problem seems to have gone away. I don't know, however, if that means you guys are pulling in all custom configurations or if this was just a fluke because I re-defined an existing one.
