Thanks, Diego. Just to understand what happened (even though it is not
reproducible anymore, but I'm still curious) I'm going to find where in the
code we are asking users to add modules.

BTW, the nice folks from JetBrains pointed out the commits that fixed the
bug you mentioned. We will be including the fix as well.
