You can also have two flavor dimensions and each flavor dimension with two 
flavors generating 4 flavors combinations. you can have the first dimension 
of flavors declare your 2 different FooClasses and the other flavor 
dimension the other flavor needs.

What I would do though would be this:

Main:
   - FooClass (Interface)
   - FooClassA
   - FooClassB
FlavorA
  - Make instance of FooClassA
FlavorB
  - Make instance of FooClassA
FlavorC
  - Make instance of FooClassB

With the use of proguard, the non-used FooClass should be removed. You 
would need to introduce an interface though.
