ProGuard 4.11 isn't being installed into the repo.
Caused by:
org.gradle.api.internal.artifacts.ivyservice.ModuleVersionNotFoundException:
Could not find net.sf.proguard:proguard-gradle:4.11.
Searched in the following locations:
