Hi, Android Studio had a very useful "Empty Activity" template that doesn't create any extra stuff. At some point the template was hidden, but I'm not sure why.
The template is still shipped with Android Studio, but is explicitly hidden in code based on name: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/tools/adt/idea/+/a3442182977f3eda42854980bce7bb44483b26c1 Is there a reason for that?
