1. Right click on file -> Reveal in Finder (probably there is a hotkey for that, I'm on mobile, please try search such hotkey).
2. Yeah, it's an issue, hope ADT team will fix it at some point. 3. That's definitely a bug, if you are sure that it is reproducible, please file a bug at b.android.com with test project if possible. 4. You can, in already launched window of Android Studio you can click File -> New Window, also IDE asks whether to open new project in existing Window or in the new one.
