Subject: [ADVANCED-DOTNET] Strange Error

One of my Colleagues is working on a app and has run into the following
problem which I have no idea about

The Problem occurs only on a Windows2000 Machine and not on a Machine with
Visual Studio on it

When the following three lines are executed

Dim Con as SQLConnection

Con.ConnectionString = "Some string Value"

Con.Open

When Con.Open is Called A MessageBox Pops Up With The Following Text

"The Procedure Entry Point CreateActCtxW Could not be located in the Dynamic
Link Library KERNEL32.dll"

On its own this is easy to explain but What we don't get is Where is it
Coming From,

The Test App has NO Error Handling in it, The App is NOT Throwing An
Exception, It Simply Shows This When You Call Con.Open, The Best Part is if
You Click On The MessageBox's OK Button everything Goes on as if nothing has
happened the connection is open etc ??????
