I'm able to run browser based controls that are downloaded to IE from the
internet. What I'm attempting to do though is to load a control into IE from
the file system.  The MS advisory proports to detail how this is
accomplished , but I think that significant aspects of either the build or
registration process have been left out.

How does MS intend to support .NET browser plug-ins ??

also , I've tested different security policies for both  'my computer' and
internet. The error is thrown even when these are set to 'full trust' as the
default.

unfortunately I'm not using VS.NET , but SharpDevelop , so I don't think
that MSI's are an option.
