I've already called this to our list admin's attention too. Either someone's trying to trick people into click on a link, or someone that's subscribed to this list honestly has signed up for some kind of spam blocking service that's automatically responding to posts from the list server indicating the mail won't be allowed through until the sending address is officially registered/recognized/approved.
