[ADVANCED-DOTNET] How to use an XML file as an embedded resource

Hi All,
  I need to use an XML file embedded as a resource in an assembly.  This
should not be a separate satellite assembly but should be part of the
assembly with has the manifest.  Also I should be able to read the
contents of the embedded XML from another .Net application using
reflection.
 
Please let me know how I can achieve this.
