What i have seen so far, this is simply another way to do win32 interop in vb.net, instead of using the dllimport attribute. Is this correct?

can anyone shed some light on this, why its different behavior for the languages for seemingly same thing, and if its not right, how can it be fixed?
I think it's just a debugger "feature", it often displays things a bit differently depending on the language you're working with.
