I have a property called VSDSupportedRuntimes with value 1.1.4322 in an msi I'm working on which I generated with vs.net 2003. This makes windows installer require .net 1.1.4322 for installation to proceed. I want to require .net 1.1.4322 Service Pack 1. Is there a straight forward way to do that?
