I did that originally....I want to be able to display the results to a
user, who then selects which row to insert/update.

I'll have to look at SQLbulkLoad.

If you're just using it to generate lots of data in SQL, why not just
create
lots of INSERTs or UPDATEs?  Alternatively, if you creating *lots* of
data,
why not just create huge datasets and use SqlBulkLoad to dump it into
SQL
efficiently (assuming you're using SQL Server).
