The norm would be to encode it to .flv (Flash Format) and serve it up
through a Flash Video Player.  You can find some free one's if you
google.  To do the encoding you can use an opensource project called
FFMPEG.  They don't release compiled versions, only source code
snapshots, so you're better off searching for a asp.net library that is
based on FFMPEG.  Check out this website
(http://www.mediasoftpro.com/)....I haven't used this product, but it
gives you the idea.
