I use VisualSVN:
http://www.visualsvn.com/
It worked fine in 2005, and it works fine in 2008 too. It's built on top of
TortoiseSVN, and it Just Works. Unlike Ankh it had no problems with file
renames.
I even paid good money for it.
(Moving files between folders doesn't work as I expect though - I still do
that through TortoiseSVN, right-dragging to the destination.)
