In order to work with a Soap response that is not UTF-8 or UTF-16 which for the record is out of my hands then the only solution is to do this:http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms751486.aspx#CommunityContentSurely this cannot be [EMAIL PROTECTED]
