Something that is similar in quality to the Icesoft browser (which is mostly Java except for the connection to popular browser plugins). Of course to be backward compatible, a browser component would have to deal with older AWT heavyweight windows as well as Swing lightweight windows... an annoyance that Icesoft handles well, if not gracefully.
