The company's clients and resources will be merged into WISP-Router, Inc's current business and WRI will begin providing service and sales to former QuickLink Wireless customers immediately. An agreement was reached between the new owner and WISP-Router, Inc. to use WISP-Router, Inc. as fulfillment warehouse; to acquire QuickLink became the next logical step over a period of time. Effective immediately WISP-Router, Inc. will be taking over QuickLink Wireless' customers, assets and receivables, and start fulfilling all open orders and merge QuickLink Wireless customers into WISP-Router, Inc.'s client pool and offer our full service to these customers."
