You would be very welcome :-)
I would certainly want to help start an OSUG but not lead it. I will have a 
look around and see if there are other Norwegians that would like to have an 
OSUG. Also I can hear with SUN here in Norway if they have some advice about 
people that could get an OSUG in Norway running, and most of all; members :-)
