I'm pretty sure these:
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/advocacy/os-presentations/ are what
you are looking for.  There is a wealth of presentations on that page for
you to learn from, and most have either a PDF, video or some other media to
go with.  In addition, many of the OSUG pages have the presentations they
have created on them.  As far as I know there is no central repository for
those, so a little more digging would be required.
