Terri, I am always ignored, so here goes my 2 cents. No offense intended; as I cannot do better on the artwork front.
> Hi All - > > I just sent Glynn Foster artwork for the "latest" OpenSolaris shirts > we have been making. He will be posting the latest and greatest > t-shirt artwork to opensolaris.org for folks so people can use to make > their own t-shirts if they like. Having now seen the t-shirt "in the flesh" on Peter Karlsson, I am even more convinced that the designer of it must have been on acid. The peacock feathers, curlicue leaf forms, Saturnian rings and Dali-esque dripping fluid just create a mishmash of styles that do not gel together, and certainly do not complement the OpenSolaris logo in the slightest. I would have voted for a cleaner, simpler, punchier design of the artwork accompanying the logo; rather than overt flowery complexity. Please make this design a "limited run". Regards... Sean.
