I plan to participat, I just want to make sure that whatever decision
that we all reach is "doable". IE: I don't want to have us come to an
agreement, and then have it rejected for some unforeseen internal Sun
reason.

You say there are only Sun employees. However, a Corporation is a
legal entity of it's own regard. Although any employee of a company
can be considered a representative of the company, many of you have
gone to great pains to say there is no Sun only as humans. Push comes
to shove, a decision of this potential magnitude has to be signed off
by legal and or someone who has has the authority. (Possibly B. Lee?)

I want to make sure that the people sitting in the room have the
authority to shape/represent Sun's Trademark policies.

Cheers,
-Brian

P.S. - That all said, I am going to throw out some talking points on
the advocacy list.
