Hi all,
I would like to share with you that developers in China now have free
access to a complete OpenSolaris desktop via VNC. This is achieved by
setting up xVNC service on OpenSolaris.
Anyone who are interested can register an account at www.unix-center.net
(Unix-Center.Net). After activating his/her account he/she can login to
the server either via SSH or VNC. Every user has his/her own home
directory and 100 MB storage space.
In 2007, Unix-Center.Net started providing free shell access to a
variety of Unix/Linux servers. Currently Unix-Center.Net has over 80K
registered users. Over 20% of them have login to the OpenSolaris server.
