+1. I live in Silver Spring, and work in Reston, VA. I concur  
wholeheartedly with Theo's description of the traffic circus that is  
the DC beltway. Having a OSUG north of DC and closer to Baltimore,  
Columbia, and environs would make a good bit of sense.
