As a Core Contributor in the Advocacy CG, I nominate Simon Phipps to be
a Core Contributor.

The Advocacy CG exists to help people around the world get involved in
OpenSolaris. That means people from all countries talking all languages
and with all levels of technical and non-technical skills. Since Simon
has traveled to more countries to participate in more conferences and
user group meetings than I think I even know about (and I can document a
lot), and since he has spoken to quite literally tens of thousands of
people (more if you include press/analyst audience reach) in the last
few years, I think he qualifies as a Core Contributor. We should have
done this a long time ago.

The Constitution says I need 3 votes of approval from Advocacy Core
Contributors. Anyone want to give me some +1s on this? Participants and
Contributors can vote, too, but the "binding" votes need to come from
Core Contributors.

Jim
