How nearby are the other OSUGs you plan to monitor - if there are other
OpenSolaris user groups within say, a 20 mile radius, would it make more
sense to work with them, rather than start up a new user group ? (Sorry,
my Indian geography just isn't up to scratch)

So yes, a provisional +1 from me, so long as you're not overlapping your
catchment area with that of other OpenSolaris user groups.
