A few questions. If the intent is to create a user-group in Hamirpur and surrounding areas, wouldn't it be better to name it Hamirpur OSUG? This will bring in more folks, and not just from NIT. Also, if you are indeed starting an NIT Hamirpur OSUG, what are your plans for continuing activities after you and other leaders graduate. I would recommend having a faculty who can commit to keeping the user- group alive.
