To the one whom the boot fits, It is of utmost importance that we maintain an air of professionalism and maturity when bearing the name of the BadVista campaign. Making childish statements reflects badly on BadVista and the Free Software movement. How can we attempt to sway people when all we can say is something so simple as, "Linux is cool," or, "Linux rocks?" We all know that these statements are true, but we don't do anything to promote our image with silly statements of this kind.
Also, when you resort to name-calling, you are doing more damage to the community. You must remain calm and focused on spreading the truth to be able to turn someone. Calling someone an idiot for choosing Windows will not help them change their ways. If you politely show them how they are wrong with proof, you will go much farther. Again, remember who you are representing and consider what your actions may do to the campaign. Thank you all for your time.
