You schould make endDay and startDay (both field and property)
nullable in your Web reference Reference.cs file.
It works.
public System.DateTime ? startDay {
get {
return this.startDayField;
}
set {
this.startDayField = value;
}
}
private System.DateTime ? startDayField;
