Hello Rick, Sure. Just make sure that the characters are properly UTF-8 encoded-- that's the important thing, and the step which leads to the most issues. Handling UTF-8 encoding is specific to the language you're using and sometimes even the editor you use to enter the non-English characters. In some combinations of language and editor it should just work out of the box, and for others it will require a bit of Googling to find the correct pragmas or other options to use to enable UTF-8.
