Hello, I'm assuming that you're using APIlity? If so, could you follow the instructions here to enable SOAP logging
http://google-apility.sourceforge.net/#Debugging and then post the request and response SOAP messages for your scheduleReportJob() call? Be sure to X out the password and token information in your SOAP request before posting.
