Finally I tried with the v2009 Sandbox Java samples. I succeed to access to the Sandbox. When I tried for the first time with those samples, I defined some Web References in Netbeans. I think this is why I had some Axis Errors. For now it's fine. I am managing thoses samples to our aim.
