http://www.freshthinkingbusiness.com/google-adwords-quality-score.html In paragraph 8, it says that through adwords editor you can preserve keyword quality score by cut and pasting a keyword from one adgroup to another. Is it possible to do the same through the API v13? Is the adwords editor using the same API as we are?
