I wanted to give everyone advanced warning that the AdWords API v13 and v200902 Sandboxs' database is scheduled to be refreshed within the next day or two--unfortunately I don't have the exact time, as it's dependent on some other work being completed first. But do be on the lookout for that taking place. Following the refresh all data stored in the Sandbox will be cleared, and you will have to recreate your client accounts with a call to getClientAccounts().
