Hello Deniz, Please take a look at
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_sandbox.html#requestheaders for specific examples of the values you should use when logging in to the Sandbox environment. Specifically, you should not use a real developer token at all; the value for the developerToken header should be something like '[email protected]++usd'.
