Hello Mark, Could you post an example SOAP request and response (with your password and token informaiton X-ed out) or pass along the value of the requestId SOAP response header so that I could look up your request in our logs?
I just tried a getKeywordsFromSite() call and got back results with search volumes, but I doubt I'm passing in the same parameters as you are.
