Hi, You can check on the status of your developer and application tokens in the AdWords web interface by navigating to "My Account" -> "AdWords API Center". Ensure that both tokens have been approved and are active. Also, if you are using the sandbox please ensure you are formatting your tokens correctly: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/adwords_api_sandbox.html#requestheaders.
