Hi Reinier, When you apply for a Developer Token you will be automatically reviewed for free API unit eligibility. You can see how many free API units you have by logging in to the AdWords web interface and browsing to "My Account" -> "AdWords API Center". If you were not awarded free API units, and you believe you should have been, edit your Developer Details and provide more information about your business. This will cause your account to be re-reviewed for eligibility.
