AdWords API Error when calling AdGroupCriterionService.mutate to update bid

Hi, I am getting an UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when trying to
update a maxcpc bid for a keyword criterion via the
AdGroupCriterionService. SOAP request and response below. Any ideas
why this is coming up?
