Hi Peter,

If you are new to the API I wouldn't recommend you use the APIlity
library.  It has been deprecated, as has most of the v13 API it runs
against.  It has been replaced by the AdWords API PHP client library:

  http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/
