Help. Is there any reason why an adwords account with admin privileges would be denied access to the v13 API BUT granted access to the 200909 API?
I've used the account details to log in to AdWords successfully and I can run v200909 requests equally successfully, but when I try to request anything via v13, I get a "Login Failed" error. We can use both API's for a unit of work - the job partially succeeds (the v200909 part) and partially fails (v13 part), the login details for both API requests are pulled from the same data - and these methods work fine for all our other clients. I would really appreciate it if someone from the API team could get back to me; I'll supply the account details and any SOAP fragents you need. This is extremely frustrating! Pete
