When i trying to create account on following url
https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=adwords&cd=null&;...
after hitting create account button or sign button i get redirected to
following url and get the 404 errror.
https://adwords-sandbox.google.com/um/SignupToken
Not Found
Error 404
