Hi Warren,
When updating criteria set the criterion field of the AdGroupCriterion
to a generic Criterion object and only fill in the id.

<v20:adGroupId>XXXXX</v20:adGroupId>
<v20:criterion>
<v20:id>XXXXX</v20:id>
</v20:criterion>
<v20:bids xsi:type="v20:ManualCPCAdGroupCriterionBids">

</v20:amount>
</v20:maxCpc>
</v20:bids>
