We have an application that manages around 50 separate Adwords accounts via the API. We pull reports for each account multiple times a day and most reports take one or two minutes for small accounts and around 10 to 15 minutes for the very large accounts. Today however I am seeing reports for many of the accounts (but not all) take a very long time to execute. Some jobs stay in the PENDING status for up to 45 minutes before they switch to IN PROGRESS and finally to COMPLETE.
I am wondering if there is a known performance issue going on right now and if so when we might expect this to be resolved. Thanks much.
