I'm gettting this error when calling v13 report service
getGzipReportDownloadUrl.
SOAP Response looks like

<ns1:code>0</ns1:code>
<ns1:message>An internal error has occurred. Please retry your
request.</ns1:message>
</ns1:fault>
If useful, one of the requestId's is 638bf6413e7c2db200a61b122c89b950.
Only affects 2 accounts, I can't see any realtionship between them
though.
Retrying causes the same exception to be thrown.
The report is an AdGroup Structure report of 50 odd rows.
I can also create Listing and Creative Structure reports but get the
same error when calling either getGzipReportDownloadUrl /
getReportDownloadUrl.
I checked the Reports page on AdWords for this account and the reports
created via the API do exist and can be downloaded via the links on
the page.
But not via the API...
Can someone from the API team take a look and let me know what's going
wrong here?
FYI - We make identical calls for a range of client accounts (at a
rate 2 per min) and apart from these 2 accounts, they all work fine.
