I'm trying to follow the instructions indicated here: https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/adwordsapi/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=15104
But I don't see any "API Center" entry in the My Account tab or anywhere. Are there any new instructions in applying for use of the AdWords API? Somebody please give me some instructions that I can follow.
