Hi Anu, Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads API support. We have impression share metrics and quality score, for example the campaign resource has metrics.historical_creative_quality_score and metrics.search_impression_share. The campaign report has a GAQL query generator you can access by clicking on the "Help me build a query" button at top of page, just like every other report resource in the API has a query generator.
Could you privately send us a full screen screenshot of the Ads UI of a report that you want to replicate in the API?
